01. YOUTUBE CHANNEL MANAGEMENT

  • We managed the entire YouTube presence of Aagaaz Entertainment from the ground up over a period of 2–3 years, ensuring growth, consistency and visibility.
  • Channel Creation & Setup: The channel was officially launched on 19th October 2019. We handled the complete setup including branding, banner design, logo placement and ‘About’ section optimization.
  • Content Upload & Optimization: We uploaded all 28 music videos currently available on the channel. Every upload included SEO-friendly titles, keyword-rich descriptions, targeted tags and engaging thumbnail designs to boost click-through rates.
  •  Strategic Scheduling: Videos were released in a planned manner based on audience engagement patterns. Our publishing calendar ensured consistency and maximized viewer retention.
  • Organic Growth: The channel reached 15.3K+ subscribers and over 3.25 million total views — all achieved organically without paid promotions.
  • End-to-End Management: From ideation to final upload, we handled every stage of content delivery. This also included responding to audience feedback and optimizing the channel based on real-time data.

02. TALENT PROMOTION

We played a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing emerging musical talent for Aagaaz Entertainment. Our team proactively scouted promising artists with potential to grow, one of the most notable being Jaan Kumar Sanu — son of legendary singer Kumar Sanu. We provided end-to-end support from artist onboarding to video production and promotion, helping to amplify their presence and launch their careers on a recognized platform.
