  • Coordinated with Zomato and Swiggy for special promotions and deals to drive traffic and boost sales.

05. FOOD CRM INTEGRATION (PETPOOJA)

  • Integrated the PetPooja CRM system to streamline AL-BAIK.COM’s order management, inventory tracking, and customer relationship management.
  • Provided training and support to the AL-BAIK.COM team to ensure smooth adoption of the CRM system.
  • Monitored and optimized the CRM system to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

06. INTERIOR DESIGN

  • Worked on the interior design of The China Valley, ensuring that the decor complements the brand identity.
